You will lead data engineering initiatives focused on cost optimization, cloud efficiency, and CRM automation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design systems to decrease operational costs and optimize cloud usage.
• Direct technical initiatives by securing funding and stakeholder buy-in for new products.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Solve complex production use cases using advanced data structures.
• Ensure operational excellence across the engineering team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering roles.
• Proven experience at a Principal or Staff level.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Spark.
• Experience with Kafka.
• Experience with Airflow.
• Background in mentoring junior-level developers.
• Degree in any graduate field.
