Description

You own the end-to-end data operations lifecycle for retailer and vendor onboarding, ensuring compliance, quality, and timely delivery of transactional data.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Extract, transform, and clean large datasets from multiple sources using Python, managing ETL pipelines and FoxPro data formats.
• Collaborate with Supplier Engagement and regional leadership to track data quality, conduct eDive primary testing, and perform RAP scoring validation.
• Act as the internal SPOC for Ops and regional teams, providing visibility on KPIs, market progress, and data receipt status.
• Resolve data queries and issues arising from quality checks, including managing data corrections for MSD or other errors.
• Identify operational efficiency opportunities within existing retailer workflows and drive process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data operations, analytics, or related technical roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis of large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes, data modeling, and handling transactional data formats like TLog.
• Proficiency in Unix, SAP, and Microsoft Office for operational tasks and reporting.
• Ability to interpret business data and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve data issues.
• Experience with data quality checks, validation frameworks, and managing data compliance.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple data formats and sources.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with FTP and MFT setup and maintenance.
• Understanding of retail operations, POS systems, and supply chain processes.
• Knowledge of FoxPro and legacy data systems.
