Description

Own the data and reporting roadmap for customer-centric data products, driving a complex reservations system migration and commercial revenue analytics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary voice of the customer, continuously refining and prioritizing the product backlog to maximize ROI.
• Translate complex business requirements into well-defined features, user stories, and strict acceptance criteria within Databricks and enterprise analytics environments.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, architects, and business leaders across the Agile Release Train (ART) to align data pipelines with broader organizational goals.
• Implement SAFe principles at scale, connecting day-to-day team execution with macro-level portfolio strategy.
• Define, track, and analyze success metrics for data products while ensuring strict data quality, governance, and compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Product Owner.
• 3+ years managing product delivery within a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience building data products using Databricks and Power BI.
• Proficiency with Jira Align for portfolio management.
• Experience with Jira Software, Confluence, and FigJam.
• Demonstrated mastery of agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification.
• Experience managing data products within customer domains, customer analytics, or the travel/hospitality industry.
