Description

You lead advanced data science initiatives, focusing on ML system development and responsible AI practices.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Communicate AI methods, including Generative AI and traditional ML, across legal, compliance, and development teams.
• Design and develop job aids and guidance documentation for responsible AI best practices.
• Develop Python scripts to automate testing processes and analyze results.
• Maintain test data sets and improve testing methodologies.
• Assist in designing and executing Red Team testing scenarios for conversational AI systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience with the full ML system development, deployment, and maintenance lifecycle.
• 5+ years experience working with advanced NLP models and methodologies.
• 5+ years experience with Python and ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, Pandas, Numpy).
• Deep understanding of ethical considerations and fairness in AI model development.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with large language models or conversational AI systems.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and adversarial testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with healthcare systems, including claims payment or call centers.
