Description

Architect, develop, and operationalize modular data analytics products and ML models on the digital health data platform. You will partner with business stakeholders to define problems and collaborate with data engineering teams to build scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced analysis and ML models to drive actionable business insights.
• Architect and deploy reusable data analytics products and Gen AI applications, including chatbots and AI agents.
• Collaborate with data engineering to define requirements for data pipelines and analytic use cases.
• Operationalize ML models in production using MLOps best practices on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Mentor junior data scientists and advocate for data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience developing advanced analytics and ML models for complex business challenges.
• Strong knowledge of ML techniques including classification, regression, anomaly detection, and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Gen AI application development, including chatbots and AI agents using structured and unstructured data.
• 3+ years in MLOps, covering end-to-end development, deployment, and operationalization of analytics products.
• 3+ years building cloud analytics solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficient in Python and SQL.
• Experience with BI and dashboarding tools such as Tableau or React.
• Deep understanding of ML and deep learning theory and mathematics.
