Description

Lead the development and deployment of advanced AI solutions, including GPT/LLM models for chatbots, Q&A systems, and recommendation engines.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and train GPT/LLM models, handling pre-processing, feature selection, and hyper-parameter tuning.
• Own the iteration and continuous monitoring of models to improve accuracy based on feedback.
• Define and align the Data/AI use case vision with senior leadership for long-term goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and build GPT/LLM use cases.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall experience, including 2+ years delivering AI-powered products.
• Minimum 2 years of dedicated Product Management experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with GPT/LLM model development.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI and Graph RAG solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Spark.
• Experience with SQL, PySpark, and Databricks.
• Strong background in data analysis, feature engineering, and model selection.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with SAS.
