Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year technical roadmap for AI/ML initiatives, aligning with business objectives.
• Architect scalable ML ecosystems and pioneer GenAI-driven methodologies.
• Drive end-to-end development of advanced data science solutions for recommendation systems and NLP.
• Lead breakthrough research efforts, contribute to patents, and represent the company in strategic partnerships.
• Influence cross-functional teams and set technical direction without direct authority.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI research and development.
• Deep expertise in NLP and Recommendation Systems at scale.
• Strong experience with large-scale data including structured, unstructured, image, and audio.
• Proven track record of building and deploying advanced ML/AI models in production.
• Expertise in deep learning frameworks and modern GenAI architectures.
• Strong background in system design for scalable ML ecosystems.
• Demonstrated experience influencing senior leadership and driving AI strategy.
• Track record of research contributions such as publications or patents.

Preferred Skills

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related field.
