Lead the development of conversational experiences and personalized user data leveraging generative models.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design and product teams to craft conversational user experiences.
• Fine-tune models using LoRA and advanced RAG frameworks.
• Implement various RAG approaches to augment LLM data capabilities.
• Build new workflows, systems, and tools from the ground up.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for personalized user experiences.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• 5-6 years of experience in ML/DL, text mining, and NLP.
• 1-2 years of experience working with LLMs and Generative AI.
• Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning techniques like LoRA.
• Experience with LLM inference frameworks such as vLLM.
• Practical knowledge of advanced RAG pipelines.
• Proficiency with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Masters or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of financial concepts and investing.
• Publications at reputable machine learning conferences.
