Description

Lead AI/ML model development from concept through production and mentor technical teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect data models and pipelines in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and drive business decisions.
• Develop and implement ML models using Python and related frameworks.
• Mentor and guide technical teams on advanced data science practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in a quantitative field.
• Expertise in Python, R, or Scala.
• Proficiency with ML libraries such as scikit-learn, NumPy, and pandas.
• Strong understanding of statistics and advanced mathematics relevant to ML.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and SQL.
• Experience with cloud data platforms, specifically Snowflake Cortex.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying ML models to production environments.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
