You will serve as the technical lead for advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI strategy across the product ecosystem.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data scientists and analytics engineers on high-complexity modeling and solution design.
• Lead the development of analytics product packages, ensuring user experience aligns with clear business use cases.
• Conduct research and perform advanced statistical and ML modeling to drive customer-facing analytics experiences.
• Partner across cross-functional teams to architect end-to-end analytics solutions.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging analytics technologies and modern ML/AI approaches.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience building, deploying, and supporting large-scale analytics, ML, or AI solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, including expertise in scaling ML/AI models.
• Experience with PyTorch, ML SDKs, and production-grade machine learning frameworks.
• Strong background architecting scalable data science solutions for large datasets.
• Advanced analytical thinking and statistical/mathematical expertise for complex problem-solving.
• Experience with SQL and/or Python for analytics, and database modeling concepts.
• Experience with front-end analytics platforms such as MicroStrategy, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Experience implementing ML or data science routines in Python and/or R.
