Note: Only candidates from IITs and IIMs will be considered for this role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Own data science initiatives end-to-end, from problem framing and exploratory analysis through model development, validation, and production support.
• Apply strong foundations in statistics and classical machine learning (e.g., regression, classification, tree-based models, ensembles, time-series) to solve business problems.
• Design and evaluate predictive and analytical models using rigorous statistical and ML techniques, including feature engineering, tuning, and performance evaluation.
• Build and apply advanced deep learning and LLM solutions using modern frameworks such as PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
• Partner with data engineering and platform teams to ensure models are scalable, reliable, and production-ready; communicate results and trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills Required:

• 13 - 17 years of experience in data science, analytics, or AI-enabled product/platform roles
• Data science and machine learning expertise, including deep learning and LLM development
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL for end-to-end model development and evaluation
• Hands-on experience with scikit-learn and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
• Ability to operationalize models across the ML lifecycle (development, validation, deployment, and monitoring)

Good to Have:

• Experience with Transformers for LLM and deep learning applications

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree (PhD preferred) in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
