Description

You will design, build, and scale advanced machine learning models for predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, and recommender systems. You own the full lifecycle from statistical modeling and experiment design to production-grade pipelines and model governance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ML models for content performance, audience segmentation, and personalization.
• Build production-grade ML pipelines integrating with Snowflake, AWS, GCP, and Databricks.
• Apply statistical foundations including hypothesis testing, causal inference, and Bayesian methods.
• Implement CI/CD, model monitoring, drift detection, and performance governance.
• Mentor data scientists and engineers, elevating scientific rigor and best practices.

Required Skills

• 14+ years total experience, with 10-12 years in Data Science, ML, and advanced analytics.
• Expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision.
• Hands-on proficiency with Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with statistical modeling.
• Cloud platform experience with AWS, GCP, or Snowflake.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering business impact in large-scale environments.
• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with foundation models, LLMs, embeddings, or generative AI.
• Exposure to video intelligence, OCR/CV pipelines, or content metadata engines.
• Publications, patents, or conference-level contributions in ML/AI.
