Description

Lead the design, development, and scaling of advanced machine learning models for content performance, audience segmentation, and personalization systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-grade ML pipelines integrating with Snowflake, AWS, GCP, and Databricks.
• Develop interpretable ML models using predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, and recommender systems.
• Implement CI/CD, model monitoring, drift detection, and performance governance systems.
• Apply statistical foundations including hypothesis testing, causal inference, and experiment design to solve business problems.
• Mentor data scientists and engineers, elevating scientific rigor and responsible AI practices.

Required Skills

• 14–16 years of total experience, with 10–12 years in Data Science or ML.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience with MLOps, statistical modeling, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
• Proven track record of delivering ML solutions in large-scale environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with foundation models, LLMs, embeddings, or generative AI.
• Exposure to video intelligence, OCR/CV pipelines, or content metadata engines.
• Publications, patents, or conference-level contributions in ML/AI.
