Description

Lead the development and implementation of Generative AI solutions to solve complex business problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and engineers.
• Design and build machine learning models for various applications.
• Manage and interpret large datasets to deliver data-driven insights.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with GenAI systems.
• Ensure data quality, process improvement, and compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI and experience with at least one Large Language Model (LLM).
• Proficiency with cloud computing platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience managing GenAI systems.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
• Deep understanding of GenAI risk mitigation and compliance.
