Description

Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end AI solutions for healthcare automation and decision support.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement machine learning algorithms for decision automation in regulated healthcare environments.
• Build and scale models using AWS infrastructure, specifically Lambda and SageMaker.
• Develop recommendation systems that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Implement model governance, bias detection mechanisms, and ethical AI frameworks.
• Lead and mentor teams while driving projects from conception to full implementation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in data science with a focus on healthcare applications.
• Director-level leadership experience with a proven track record of driving projects.
• Hands-on full-stack development expertise using Python.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with AWS tools including Lambda and SageMaker.
• Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master's) in Computer Science, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building recommendation systems aligned with healthcare industry standards.
• Deep knowledge of ethical AI frameworks and bias detection mechanisms.
