Description

Lead the database administration team in architecting and optimizing the enterprise infrastructure. You will manage high-availability and disaster recovery strategies for critical systems while ensuring strict compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Architect, manage, and monitor database environments to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Execute complex installations, configurations, upgrades, and patching for Oracle RAC and Microsoft SQL Server HA clusters.
• Design and implement robust high-availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) strategies.
• Mentor DBA team members and collaborate with application teams to support EBS deployment and performance tuning.
• Ensure database security, encryption, and compliance with SOX regulations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on database administration experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Oracle Database technologies.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Extensive experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) administration and configuration.
• Deep understanding of Oracle RAC and SQL Server HA clusters.
• Proven experience managing database security and encryption.
• Strong knowledge of SOX compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
