Responsibilities

• Plan and develop database applications, systems, and architecture.
• Partner with Product QA to review and resolve test errors.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to development team members.
• Optimize processes through automation and continuous integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet change and release requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in database management, including performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• 6+ years of experience working with Postgres and/or NoSQL.
• 6+ years of experience in Python development.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage technical deadlines, and implement new ideas.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years of progressive professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience using Django.
• 2+ years of experience using DOMO or similar Business Intelligence platforms.
