Description

Drive the design and implementation of applications and frameworks for the Workplace Investment team, setting the technical vision for major platform components.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance database solutions supporting the Defined Contribution business.
• Implement solutions using Oracle, SQL Server, Informatica, and Control-M.
• Optimize database performance across a complex, multi-tier environment.
• Set the technical vision for major platform components.

Required Skills

• 7–10 years of experience in information technology.
• Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL programming.
• Proficiency in ETL development.
• Strong relational database design skills.
• Experience with Oracle and SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Informatica and Control-M.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Analytical problem-solving ability.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in financial services or retirement domain.
• Experience with cloud or containerization technologies.
