You will lead all projects within your specialist design vertical, overseeing creative output and studio operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all creative output within the studio to ensure high standards of craft.
• Win new accounts and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive business growth.
• Develop new business strategies to expand the studio into new sectors.
• Manage senior internal stakeholders and provide direct support to design leads.
• Mentor teams by fostering culture and maintaining high standards of communication.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in the design industry, specifically within an agency or product design business.
• Proven experience overseeing the operations of a design agency or business.
• Expertise in User Experience (UX).
• Expertise in User Interface Design.
• Expertise in Graphic Design.
• Experience in Space Planning.
• Ability to liaise effectively with senior internal stakeholders.
• Extensive professional network across multiple sectors and industries.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated track record of winning new business and managing client accounts.
