Description

Drive the development and standardization of internal engineering flows for the Front End CAD team to support system design activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, standardize, and maintain internal engineering flows for system design.
• Collaborate with Engineering Directors and Technical Leads to define requirements and build a design-related flow development roadmap.
• Build flows for lint, cdc/rdc, sdc, and machine-readable specifications to automate best practices.
• Collect and analyze design metrics using tools from multiple EDA vendors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SoC hardware development and EDA flows.
• Proficiency in Python, Perl, and PHP scripting.
• Experience with version control flows including SVN, Git, and Gerrit.
• Knowledge of machine-readable specifications, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
• Proven track record in team and people management with global teams.
• Strong communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with High Level Synthesis (HLS).
• Knowledge of IP protection, export restrictions, and ISO 26262 functional safety standards.
• Experience working on global IP and SoC development projects.
