Description

Lead large-scale DevOps transformation initiatives to improve organizational maturity and infrastructure efficiency.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Assess current DevOps maturity and design strategic roadmaps for organizational improvement.
• Architect and implement comprehensive DevOps solutions, including automation and infrastructure-as-code.
• Design and automate infrastructure using cloud services and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Develop and maintain code-based CI/CD pipelines that integrate quality and security measures.
• Define monitoring, metrics, and logging strategies to enhance application performance, security, and reliability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Senior or Principal DevOps roles with a track record of leading organizational transformations.
• Expertise in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Deep experience with cloud services including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Strong knowledge of networking, security, and database concepts.
• Experience managing complex multi-tier applications.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Google Professional DevOps Engineer.
• Experience with serverless architectures.
