Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence for connected services, ensuring 24x7x365 operation.
• Define and communicate the CI/CD strategy and objectives by collecting technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership, setting goals and upholding high technical standards for product engineering teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to construct a 3-year target-state blueprint and roadmap.
• Drive innovation and automation to enhance developer productivity across the enterprise.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional SDLC experience across diverse technology disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing Enterprise CI/CD solutions.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience automating cloud-based applications in AWS.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Orchestration platforms (EKs, OpenShift).
• Experience across the full DevOps cycle: Orchestration/Configuration Management, CI/CD, Monitoring, Security.
• Hands-on experience managing platforms like GitHub, GitHub Actions, Artifactory, SonarQube, and Octopus Deploy.
• Knowledge of basic .Net, Angular, and Python Development & Deployment constructs.
• Deep understanding of API design and tooling for modern APIs.
• Experience with DevOps automation practices: IaC, Kubernetes, GitOps, B/G, and Canary deployments.

Preferred Skills

• Software developer experience in the past.
• Experience with ServiceNow CR automation.
