You will own infrastructure automation and engineering standards across cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Document new and existing standards, procedures, and automated workflows clearly.
• Champion infrastructure configuration and management best practices.
• Create internal products and manage their software development lifecycle.
• Deploy, configure, and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
• Continuously improve infrastructure to ensure high availability and observability.

Required Skills

• 6+ years managing Linux systems in virtual environments.
• 5+ years deploying and maintaining highly available infrastructure in AWS or GCP.
• 4+ years using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
• 4+ years creating, deploying, and maintaining Docker images.
• 4+ years scoping, deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters.
• 3+ years developing and maintaining code in Go or Python.
• 5+ years experience with PaaS technologies, specifically EKS and GKE.
• Experience maintaining monitoring tools like DataDog or Prometheus.
• Thorough understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, IPv4 and v6, UDP, and OSI layers.
