Description

You will design and implement infrastructure automation to streamline the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop infrastructure software for CI/CD and cloud automation.
• Build and support large-scale distributed systems.
• Identify automation opportunities within the current SDLC to improve delivery speed and code quality.
• Design, implement, and document infrastructure solutions for stakeholder review.
• Promote DevOps principles and culture across the software engineering organization.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in software engineering.
• 3-5 years of relevant DevOps experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, and object-oriented development.
• Strong experience with Ansible, Bash scripting, and Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and AWS (EKS, SageMaker, EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFront).
• Experience with CI/CD tools, including Concourse and Atlassian products (Bitbucket, Crowd, Confluence, Artifactory, SonarQube).
• Working knowledge of Git (Branch, Rebase, Merge, Tag).
• Experience with Event Driven Systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ZeroMQ.
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience with RDBMS/NoSQL (MySQL, Postgres, DynamoDB).
• Observability expertise using Splunk, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, or Thanos.
• Networking fundamentals including UDP, TCP, and Routing.
• Windows and Linux server administration.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of security, performance, and continuous integration.
• Experience with CSS pre-processors like LESS or SASS.
