Description

Design and optimize secure Kubernetes infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and application reliability for high-availability systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy secure Docker/Kubernetes (AKS) environments using Helm and ArgoCD.
• Own end-to-end production availability, defining SLAs/SLOs/SLIs and managing error budgets.
• Build observability stacks using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.
• Lead P0/P1 incident response, distributed system debugging, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Automate tasks with Shell/Python and manage schema migrations via Flyway.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Application Infrastructure Architecture.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes (AKS), Docker, Helm, and ArgoCD.
• Proficiency in Shell scripting and Python for automation.
• Deep knowledge of Linux/Unix internals.
• Experience with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Operational experience with databases including Oracle, Postgres, Cassandra, Couchbase, and Redis.
• Ability to troubleshoot Java applications, gRPC, and REST/HTTP services.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AliCloud or multi-cloud environments.
• Experience with security operations such as automated password rotations and IAM management.
