Description

You will act as a technical lead, owning the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of complex enterprise business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, testing, and implementation of new or modified application software.
• Architect business solutions utilizing SQL Server database, reporting, and integration services.
• Direct application development teams, project management, and stakeholders through agile development processes.
• Optimize and integrate reusable system components while ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Manage complex projects with limited supervision to meet identified deadlines.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Apps, including Power App Portals and Canvas Apps.
• 5+ years of experience with Liquid in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Automate or Logic Apps.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership capacity.
• 5+ years of experience working in Cloud environments.
• 7+ years of JavaScript and HTML design and development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server, database management, and data modeling.
• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience applying Systems Thinking to integrate complex, functioning systems.
