Description

You will lead the migration of observability tools to Dynatrace, replacing legacy systems like Splunk and New Relic.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and validation of observability tool migrations.
• Configure Dynatrace features including RUM, APM, Grail logging, and AI-based anomaly detection.
• Develop telemetry pipelines, dashboards, SLO/Error Budget tracking, and alerting configurations.
• Integrate Dynatrace with GitHub, Harness, and SonarQube.
• Establish observability standards and provide training to internal teams for platform adoption.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in observability tool migrations and change management.
• Deep expertise with Dynatrace.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native environments including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Proficiency with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with GitHub, Harness, and SonarQube.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Dynatrace certifications (Associate, Professional, or higher).
