Description

You will lead the strategy, design, and implementation of generative AI and edge solutions for complex industrial and supply chain use cases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement generative AI strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead pre-sales efforts by consulting with clients to develop customized AI solutions and technical artifacts.
• Direct a team of leads and developers in building Proof of Concepts (POCs) for diverse customers.
• Deploy and fine-tune generative models using PEFT, LoRA, and QLoRA.
• Mentor team members and establish best practices for Python library implementation and cloud deployment.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the analytics industry, focusing on data modernization, predictive plant operations, or digital twins.
• Expertise in machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
• Hands-on experience fine-tuning Transformers and pretrained AI models.
• Advanced Python programming skills for analyzing complex AI scenarios and building services.
• Experience architecting solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Deep understanding of AI data engineering and large-scale data processing patterns.
• Proficiency with Amazon SageMaker, Azure ML Studio, Azure Data Lake, Google BigQuery, AWS S3, Databricks, or Snowflake.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant AI/ML certifications at the Architect or Lead level.
