Description

Lead the development of embedded systems and device drivers for next-generation products.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software engineers through the design, implementation, and testing of software components.
• Develop and optimize device drivers and low-level software.
• Drive project execution and ensure software reliability and performance.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in embedded software development.
• Expertise in C, C++, and assembly language.
• Deep understanding of embedded systems architecture, including microcontrollers, processors, and peripherals.
• Hands-on experience with RTOS and Embedded Linux.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and driving project delivery.
• Proficiency with version control systems and agile development methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Familiarity with hardware design principles and digital electronics.
