Description

You will design and build autonomous AI agents for lending products, leading their integration and technical execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, secure Agentic AI solutions across Java, Python, Node.js, and React.js/Angular.
• Develop intelligent agents for loan origination, underwriting, servicing, and customer interaction.
• Evaluate, integrate, and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for natural language understanding.
• Build tooling and infrastructure for the development, deployment, and monitoring of AI agents.
• Mentor engineers on AI/ML best practices and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise-grade applications.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML principles, specifically LLMs and agentic systems.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, Node.js, React.js, and Angular.
• Strong knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and deep learning techniques.
• Experience with cloud computing, particularly AWS.
• Proficient with version control (Git) and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the lending or financial services domain.
• Proven ability to lead technical strategy and cross-functional teams.
