You will lead large-scale AI-driven software initiatives and design scalable software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver AI-driven software initiatives in collaboration with product owners and stakeholders.
• Design scalable software solutions alongside architects and senior engineers.
• Develop full-stack applications using Python, Django, and React.
• Build and integrate Agentic AI and ML systems into enterprise applications.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code and design reviews to maintain quality.

Required Skills

• 12 to 18 years of experience in software development and engineering.
• Expertise in Python and Django.
• Full-stack development experience with React.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI and AI/ML systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms and database design/management.
• Proven ability to build scalable distributed systems.
• Experience in team handling and people management.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Java.
