Description

You will lead the design and implementation of advanced AI/ML solutions, including Agentic AI systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Agentic AI solutions and scalable ML pipelines.
• Define project architecture, requirements, and deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct R&D to enhance existing models, methodologies, and deployment strategies.
• Mentor junior engineers on best practices and innovative AI/ML approaches.
• Drive the adoption of maintainable AI/ML solutions across projects.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML solution design and delivery.
• Expert proficiency in Python for ML model development and deployment.
• Proven experience building and deploying Agentic AI systems.
• Strong understanding of core AI/ML concepts and frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams and drive strategic initiatives.
• Experience delivering measurable business impact through technical leadership.
