Good to Have Skills: Knowledge on Revenue Recognition principles (ASC 606, IFRS 15), Oracle Financials Accounting Hub (FAH), US GAAP or international accounting standards, Integration tools and middleware, Oracle 12.2 Upgrade experience, Robotic process automation, Natural language processing, Data analytics

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as Subject Matter Expert on Oracle EBS Revenue Management and Billing modules
• Support Oracle applications finance modules within defined Software Development Lifecycle
• Diagnose and resolve complex application issues working with internal and external clients
• Work autonomously to recreate problems and identify necessary fixes using various software tools
• Identify system bugs and refer complex cases to Tier-Three support teams
• Support production systems, upgrades, changes, and user support via on-call rotation
• Support key business processes including Month end and Year end activities for Business users
• Partner with business and technology managers to analyze and document business requirements
• Write Functional Design Documents and prepare Technical Design documents for business requirements
• Ensure good health of production systems and data integrity with upstream/downstream systems
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively in dynamic environment

Experience Required: Minimum 3+ Years experience as Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) functional and Invoicing Applications for Insurance Brokerage. Experience with distributed teams across multiple time-zones and strong analytical problem-solving skills required
