Description

You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Oracle EBS Revenue Management and Billing.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle applications finance modules through the defined Software Development Lifecycle.
• Diagnose and resolve complex application issues for internal and external clients.
• Support production systems, upgrades, changes, and user support via on-call rotation.
• Partner with business and technology managers to analyze and document business requirements.
• Ensure the health of production systems and data integrity with upstream/downstream systems.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in functional and Invoicing Applications for Insurance Brokerage.
• Expertise with Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB).
• Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and Oracle Applications.
• Strong command of SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience working with the O2C Cycle.
• Experience collaborating with distributed teams across multiple time-zones.
• Proven analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience writing Functional Design Documents and Technical Design documents.
