Description

You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Oracle EBS Revenue Management and Billing, owning the health and integrity of production systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle applications finance modules throughout the defined Software Development Lifecycle.
• Diagnose and resolve complex application issues for internal and external clients.
• Partner with business and technology managers to analyze and document business requirements.
• Ensure production system health and data integrity across upstream and downstream systems.
• Manage production upgrades, changes, and user support via on-call rotation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of functional and invoicing application experience, specifically within Insurance Brokerage.
• Expertise with Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB).
• Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and Oracle Applications.
• Strong command of SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience working with the Order-to-Cash (O2C) Cycle.
• Proven ability to write Functional Design Documents and Technical Design Documents.
• Experience collaborating with distributed teams across multiple time-zones.

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical problem-solving skills for complex system diagnostics.
