Description

You will build and optimize high-throughput, low-latency software solutions for the Derivatives Trading Development organization on Linux.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project life-cycle, including implementation, testing, and maintenance of software systems.
• Design and develop C++ and/or Java applications using low-latency libraries.
• Investigate, profile, and optimize the performance of software components.
• Provide technical direction on engineering projects and recommend solutions to management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of recent experience with C++ and/or Core Java.
• Expert-level understanding of low-latency and high-throughput server-side development.
• Proficiency in C++, Core Java, Bash, or Python scripting on Linux.
• Experience with performance tuning, debugging, and memory profiling.
• Extensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to lead collaborations across multiple teams.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial derivatives trading systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
