Description

You own the architecture and release pipelines for large-scale data solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IP&R solutions, RDBMS, and Google BigQuery architectures.
• Manage full-lifecycle support, change management, and CI/CD release processes using GitHub.
• Automate toil elimination and drive continuous improvement across on-prem and public cloud platforms.
• Resolve production issues and ensure high availability in high-transaction environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as an architect or Principal Engineer.
• 10+ years designing IP&R solutions or similar large-scale systems.
• Deep expertise in large-scale RDBMS or Google BigQuery.
• Proficiency in Python, shell scripts, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Experience with CI/CD solutions, GitHub, and change/release processes.
• Knowledge of on-prem and public cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with security standards and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) audits.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with streaming technologies such as Kafka, Pub/Sub, or STRIIM.
• Background in disaster recovery, backup/recovery, and high availability architectures.
