Description

Lead infrastructure automation and engineering to standardize deployments across hybrid environments. You will own the release pipeline, enforce security benchmarks, and drive observability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automation frameworks using Ansible for configuration management and workflow standardization.
• Implement and enhance automation for hybrid environments, including on-premise, bare metal, Azure, and GCP.
• Drive configuration drift remediation and enforce secure configurations aligned with CIS benchmarks.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows, such as Argo CD or Flux.
• Integrate monitoring, logging, and operational checks to improve system observability and reliability.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, automation, or DevOps roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Ansible for configuration management and large-scale automation.
• Extensive experience managing hybrid cloud environments (on-premise, Azure, GCP).
• Proven track record in CI/CD pipeline design and GitOps practices.
• Deep understanding of security best practices, CIS benchmarks, and vulnerability management.
• Hands-on experience with Windows-based infrastructure environments.
• Proficiency with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to drive initiatives independently.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Experience with OpenShift and OpenShift Virtualization.
