Description

Lead architecture and design for Enterprise Integration Platforms including Supergraph, Enterprise Events, and Service Mesh.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define standard practices for GraphQL Federation, Java Spring Boot microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Develop engineering blueprints to enable migration from legacy systems to modern platform architectures.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions alongside product managers and architects.
• Govern performance, scalability, and security standards across the enterprise platform.
• Mentor teams on cloud-native development, DevOps, observability, and secure coding practices.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of backend development and system design experience.
• Strong expertise in Core Java and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proven ability in distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with API platforms, GraphQL, messaging systems, and container orchestration.
• Strong leadership in engineering strategy and cross-team collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including AI/ML.
• Experience collaborating with cross-regional teams across Australia, Vietnam, and India.
