Description

Lead the design, development, and operational excellence of large-scale conversational AI systems including voice and chat bots.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define technical vision and architectural strategies for short- and long-term business needs.
• Oversee critical software components and ensure long-term design and code quality.
• Lead hands-on design, coding, and code reviews for complex, cross-functional projects.
• Deploy and maintain large-scale software in production, ensuring operational excellence and scalability.
• Mentor team members and advise leadership on technical decisions and engineering best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience designing and building software solutions in cloud environments.
• 10+ years of experience with modern languages such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or SQL.
• 10+ years of experience with APIs, microservices, and modern software patterns.
• Expert knowledge of distributed architecture, performance, and scalability.
• Strong understanding of conversational AI technologies including LLMs, STT/TTS, and NLU/NLP engines.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex requirements and stakeholder relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLM) and practical applications in conversational AI.
• Experience developing and supporting voice and text chatbots.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field.
