Description

You will lead the design and technical delivery of the new Cash Management Account capability.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture, data flows, and integration approach for the Cash Management Account end-to-end.
• Build an early prototype/MVP to prove feasibility and support funding acquisition.
• Design and implement the integration layer across Brokerage platforms, Core banking systems (FIS EBS), Wealth digital channels, and Payments/Transfer Hub domain services.
• Guide the development of the Sweep Engine logic based on client rules and preferences.
• Mentor, guide, and coordinate a small full-stack engineering team.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of engineering experience, including 3+ in a Principal or Lead capacity.
• Direct experience designing or working with brokerage cash management products or sweep programs.
• Strong hands-on programming in Java or Python, utilizing modern microservices architecture.
• Experience building API-driven and event-driven distributed systems.
• Deep understanding of wealth client operations, investment accounts, and funding flows.
• Familiarity with U.S. cash sweep structures and brokerage-bank integration models.
• Ability to drive solution design from scratch, including architecture and data contracts.
• Experience integrating with Core banking systems (e.g., FIS EBS).
