Description

Lead the design and technical delivery of the new Cash Management Account capability, owning architecture, data flows, and integration approach.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture and integration strategy for Cash Management Account across Brokerage, Core banking (FIS EBS), and Payments domains.
• Build early prototypes and MVPs to prove feasibility and support funding acquisition.
• Design and implement integration layers and the Sweep Engine logic based on client rules.
• Mentor and coordinate a small full-stack engineering team.
• Drive solution design from scratch, including architecture and data contracts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of engineering experience, including 3+ in a Principal or Lead capacity.
• Strong hands-on programming in Java or Python with modern microservices architecture.
• Experience building API-driven and event-driven distributed systems.
• Direct experience with brokerage cash management products or sweep programs.
• Deep understanding of wealth client operations, investment accounts, and funding flows.
• Familiarity with U.S. cash sweep structures and brokerage-bank integration models.
• Experience integrating with Core banking systems such as FIS EBS.
