You define technical strategy and lead development for critical AI products.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of innovative features for CoCounsel, advancing AI-native product experiences.
• Drive the integration of LLMs and generative AI technologies into user-friendly applications for legal professionals.
• Streamline Micro Front Ends to ensure low latency, scalability, and excellent user experience.
• Mentor a globally distributed team of engineering managers, architects, and developers.
• Lead complex technical initiatives, exercising autonomy in decision-making and managing technical risk.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience developing scalable, web-based solutions.
• Expertise with modern UI frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, or similar).
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
• Experience with AI technologies, including GenAI concepts such as prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and fine-tuning.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor others and promote best practices in release management and test-driven development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating AI/ML technologies into customer-facing applications.
• Background in legal technology or enterprise SaaS environments.
