Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define frontend architectures that align with business goals.
• Oversee code reviews to maintain high quality, coding standards, and best practices.
• Mentor frontend engineers to promote skill development and continuous improvement.
• Partner with design, backend, and product teams to deliver cohesive applications.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in frontend development.
• Expertise in React.js and TypeScript.
• 3+ years of experience in team management.
• Deep proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience managing application state with libraries like Redux.
• Proven ability to architect and implement complex frontend systems.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with web performance optimization, including lazy loading and code splitting.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library.

Preferred Skills

• Experience contributing to project planning, estimation, and technical documentation.
