Description

You will design and build AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio. You will lead architecture-driven solution design and full stack engineering for AI-powered agent implementations. As a Copilot Studio subject matter expert, you will strengthen delivery outcomes and accelerate solution adoption. You will support agent development, automation workflows, and secure integrations to enable scalable enterprise Copilot agent adoption. You will establish standards, best practices, and architectural patterns for building and operationalizing Copilot agents enterprise-wide. You will drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI-powered agents aligned with the organizational AI roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
• Lead architecture-driven solution design and full stack engineering for AI-powered agent implementations.
• Serve as a Copilot Studio subject matter expert to strengthen delivery outcomes and accelerate solution adoption.
• Establish standards, best practices, and architectural patterns for building and operationalizing Copilot agents enterprise-wide.
• Collaborate with CIO organizations, application teams, platform owners, security, and governance partners for compliant implementations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development and architecture design.
• Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio for building AI-powered agents.
• Strong background in enterprise integration and automation workflows.
• Experience with AI solutions and solution engineering.
• Knowledge of enterprise AI roadmap implementation, governance frameworks, and security compliance.
• Understanding of centralized enablement functions and cross-functional collaboration with CIO organizations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform for building AI-powered agents.
