Define platform architecture, drive engineering strategy, and lead large-scale modernization initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and own platform architecture and engineering strategy.
• Lead large-scale platform modernization and migration initiatives.
• Build proofs of concept and contribute production-grade code.
• Drive architecture reviews, engineering standards, and cross-team technical decisions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of software engineering experience, with significant tenure at Staff/Principal level.
• Deep expertise in C#/.NET, Go, Java, or Python.
• High-scale APIs and distributed systems design.
• Data modeling and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with React or modern frontend frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor) for production systems.
• Strong fundamentals in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and observability.

Preferred Skills

• Proven cross-org leadership driving architecture and platform initiatives across multiple teams.
• Experience collaborating with distributed teams across US, China, and LATAM.
