Description

You will lead the technical direction and architecture for our cloud-native SaaS platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build highly scalable, reliable, and available software products.
• Partner with product and business teams to model domains, design master data models, and build malleable software layers.
• Execute the technical roadmap in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
• Drive development best practices including coding guidelines, design decisions, testing methodologies, deployment, and performance tuning.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers within the team.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Proven experience building and operating complex, multi-tenanted SaaS systems at scale.
• Expertise in designing highly configurable and customizable software.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Golang, Node.js, or React.
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, or MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka.
• Experience with system integration using RPC modes like REST, SOAP, or EDI.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP.
