Description

Lead the design and implementation of large-scale automation solutions across hybrid cloud environments, driving platform modernization and defining engineering standards for infrastructure reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect resilient, scalable, and compliant infrastructure platforms using Red Hat technologies.
• Drive automation initiatives using Ansible Automation Platform, Satellite, and Virtualization.
• Implement API integrations and secure key management solutions using Vault.
• Mentor engineering teams on DevOps practices, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and enforce best practices across teams.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in Linux, infrastructure, and automation roles.
• Deep expertise in OpenShift, Kubernetes, and the Red Hat ecosystem (RHCE).
• Hands-on experience with Ansible Automation Platform and scripting (Bash/Python).
• Strong knowledge of hybrid cloud management and large-scale infrastructure.
• Experience with API integrations and security tools like HashiCorp Vault.
• Proficiency with GitHub and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Red Hat Satellite for lifecycle management.
