Description

Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of conversational AI platforms and chatbot solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement chatbot frameworks using NLP and machine learning technologies.
  • Design and integrate chatbot solutions with CRMs and management dashboards.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs through requirement gathering workshops.
  • Drive the full SDLC from initial architecture to deployment via CI/CD pipelines.
  • Lead Agile teams, perform code reviews, and provide L3 technical support.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of overall IT experience.
  • 4 to 6+ years of specific experience in conversation development.
  • Hands-on experience developing Java or .NET applications.
  • Proven experience building chatbots using at least one major platform or framework.
  • Strong knowledge of NLP and cognitive machine learning implementation.
  • Proficiency with Java Full Stack, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and SDLC practices.
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders and lead Agile teams.
  • Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving complex technical design issues.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with multi-lingual bot utilization and human escalation workflows.
