Description

Lead the technical direction and development of conversational AI architectures and chatbot frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build chatbot frameworks using open-source tools or libraries.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
• Resolve complex design issues through log analysis, debugging, and code investigation.
• Lead Agile teams and manage project delivery independently.
• Deploy applications using CI/CD tools and manage senior stakeholder communications.

Required Skills

• 4 to 6+ years of dedicated conversational AI development experience.
• 7 to 9+ years of overall IT experience.
• Proven experience developing ChatBots using one or more platforms or architectures.
• Hands-on experience developing Java or .NET applications.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with SQL.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD deployment workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Java Full Stack development expertise.
• Experience with HTML5 and CSS3.
